TX Markets. Bold, Brave, Bright – and ready to move.
When TX Markets spun off from TX Group and positioned itself as an independent stock corporation, it was clear that the existing brand identity – originally developed by Made Identity – was visually too closely linked to the parent company. What was needed was a new dynamic, more independence, and a system that works in everyday digital life. Studio Blyss was directly commissioned as part of a competition – with the aim of not replacing the identity of TX Markets, but strategically developing it further.

As a new, independent company, TX Markets faced a clear challenge: creating visibility - in the area of conflict between the Group's history, digital transformation and growing brand portfolio.
The existing design system could not provide the increased communicative agility. Social media assets seemed restrained, templates were too rigid, and the umbrella brand was positioned too close to the TX Group. What was needed was a system that differentiates, activates – and is easy to use internally.
-
We developed a visual system based on enlarged sections of the logo form - as flexible, modularly combinable key visuals that are charged with content and scalable.
To achieve this, we designed an extensive collection of motion templates for social media and internal communications. The goal was to empower the internal team with maximum independence, enabling them to adapt content quickly and easily without relying on an agency.
In addition to animated assets, we also provided static templates for PowerPoint, PDF, and the intranet. The design system considers not only media formats but also the needs of the target audience. It primarily addresses the B2B environment while maintaining a visual connection to platforms like Ricardo, ImmoScout24, Homegate, and Tutti.
-
The new design gave TX Markets an independent visual language - louder, clearer, more adaptable. It enabled the company to position itself as an umbrella brand with attitude, without jeopardizing the individuality of the subsidiary brands.
Following a structural realignment, TX Markets now operates under the name SMG (Swiss Marketplace Group). Our system is no longer in use, but it remains an example for us of how a well-thought-out evolution of existing identities can achieve more than a rebrand: It provides room for change without disruption.
