For over a decade, Studio Blyss was responsible for a large part of Credit Suisse's international communications in the Private Banking and International Wealth Management division - from invitations and print mailings to editorial formats and events for a UHNWI audience.

The Client Experience Toolbox was also created in this context: a customized set that brings luxury to life - and at the same time meets the highest standards of sustainability.

  • Credit Suisse was looking for a new way to address UHNWI customers: high-quality, personal, luxurious - and yet contemporary. Traditional giveaways, plastic sleeves or laminated brochures were not an option.

    The goal was a toolbox that meets the standards of an international private banking client: high-quality design, materially convincing, aesthetically precise – and ecologically responsible.

  • Studio Blyss conceived, designed and produced a completely plastic-free client experience toolbox - from the material research to the editorial structure to the final embossing.

    Each element was checked for impact, processing, and feel: finely tuned papers, custom printing techniques, special binding methods, and high-quality finishes. Nothing was "off the rack" – all components were specifically selected and coordinated for this project.

    The toolbox is fully recyclable. No mixed materials, no compromises – an example of how luxury and sustainability are not only compatible but mutually reinforcing.
